Patrick has notable experience in tax advisory, tax dispute resolution and compliance. He has advised clients in various sectors including banking, education, manufacturing, oil & gas, insurance, finance, agriculture, power, beverages, transport and construction.

He advises on Value Added Tax, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing, Freight Tax, Corporation Tax, Personal Tax, PAYE and transactional tax. He has also advised on a number of complex tax due diligence exercises and structuring relating to Capital Investment transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions.

With his experience, academic and professional qualifications, he is uniquely positioned to counsel on complex Kenyan and offshore tax matters. He has worked as a senior tax advisor in Deloitte & Touche and was the head of tax at KN Law LLP.
