  • Acting for the Regulator in the Agriculture industry, The Agriculture and Food Authority, in four (4) Constitutional Petitions simultaneously filed against it by Macadamia Farmers in a dispute regarding its role in regulation of dealings with Macadamia as a scheduled crop under the Crops Act, 2013.

  • Acting for the Commission for University Education in defence of a Constitutional Petition filed by a Trade Union representing the Universities Academic staff at the Employment and Labour Relations Court relating to the implementation of the guidelines for the appointment and promotion of academic staff in universities in Kenya.

  • Acting for the Commission for University Education in defence of a Constitutional Petition filed as a public interest litigation by an activist contesting the regulators mandate in implementing a revised guideline to govern higher education and learning in Universities in Kenya.

  • Acting for the Retirement Benefits Authority in defence of a Constitutional Petition filed at the Employment and Labour Relations Court involving the appointment of members of the Board of Trustees of LAPFUND and contesting the transfer of the Fund value worth over 31.1 Billion to the newly established County Government Retirement Scheme.

  • Regularly acting for two (2) major tier I Banks (Standard Chartered Bank and Absa Bank Plc) in securitization of credit facilities and in banking litigation, including a recent case involving auction of a property worth over Kshs. 1.5 Billion.

  • Acting for Eastern Africa’s largest cement manufacturing company, Bamburi Cement (a subsidiary of LafargeHolcim that is listed in the Nairobi Securities Exchange), in various litigation matters involving debt recoveries worth over Kshs. 50 Million.

  • Acting for Kenya Trade Network Agency (KenTrade), a state Agency under the National Treasury that is mandated to facilitate cross border trade and establish, manage and implement the National Electronic Single Window System (Kenya TradeNet System) in a case involving public procurement law and procedures.

  • Acted for the Nairobi City Water and Sewerage Company in Environmental law litigation where the Court directed that Nairobi river’s major tributary, Kirichwa river, be cleaned and freed of pollution within 6 months.

  • Acted for the National Oil Corporation of Kenya (NOCK) in eviction proceedings at the Business Premises Rent Tribunal over a prime property that is valued over Kshs. 500 Million.

  • Acted for the Privatization Commission in proceedings at the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board on powers of a procuring entity to cancel the tendering process.
